Practice Yoga at your own pace, in your own time and your own space, according to your needs. Personal Lessons help you to establish a home practice tailored to your unique situation: it is a Holisitc approach taking into account stage of life, illnesses or injuries, lifestyle factors as well as practicalities such as time and place in order to address your specific goals.
Whether you are looking for a way to discover Yoga away from the Group class, improve fitness, maintain your well-being or address specific therapeutic goals a short daily practice can offer huge benefits. Initially your practice will take you typically 20mins per day. During our lessons I will review and develop your practice so that it always grows with you.

The first full lesson lasts for up to 1 1/4 hours and costs £40
Subsequent lessons are charged at £36 per hour PAYG and will typically alternate hour and half hour with a lesson every two to four weeks depending on your needs.
Cancellation requires 24hrs notice otherwise the fee is payable
