Starting in November 2021,  I will be teaching a small group class on Wednesday mornings, 09:30-10:30, at The Hall Exeter, Stepcote Hill, EX1 1BD; in partnership with the wonderful Exe Movement. Suitable for any level of experience, the class will combine movement and breath with the aim of promoting strength, mobility and body awareness.

Personal Lessons

Practice Yoga at your own pace, in your own time and your own space, according to your needs. Personal Lessons help you to establish a home practice tailored to your unique situation: it is a Holisitc approach taking into account stage of life, illnesses or injuries, lifestyle factors as well as practicalities such as time and place in order to address your specific goals.

Whether you are looking for a way to discover Yoga away from the Group class, improve fitness, maintain your well-being or address specific therapeutic goals a short daily practice can offer huge benefits. Initially your practice will take you typically 20mins per day. During our lessons I will review and develop your practice so that it always grows with you.

Getting started
  • A half hour initial consultation is totally free and with no obligation. Contact me to book.

  • Lessons every 2-4 weeks provide a daily practice for you to do at home

  • The first full lesson lasts for up to 1 1/4 hours and costs £45

  • Subsequent lessons typically alternate hour / half hour and are charged at £36 per hour PAYG.
