Children & Teens
Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to have a positive impact on children and young people for their physical, mental and emotional health: helping build strength, mobility and resilience; managing stress and anxiety; improving focus; and in all of these providing tools that they can take away and use to support their own wellbeing.

I am fully qualified and insured to teach Yoga from age 3 all the way up to 18. Classes are designed for the age of the children and are fun, imaginative, inclusive and non-competitive.
