

Yoga for Schools



Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to have a positive impact on children and young people for their physical, mental and emotional health: helping build strength, mobility and resilience; managing stress and anxiety; improving focus; and in all of these providing tools that they can take away and use to support their own wellbeing.

I am fully qualified and insured to teach Yoga from age 3 all the way up to 18. All classes are age-appropriate, inclusive, non-competitive and designed to support the emotional and physical development of children and teens. Sessions are designed flexibly in order to work within your timetable and can be designed to address specific topics in order to integrate them into your curriculum, or to support your existing enrichment, PE, PHSE or wellbeing programmes.

Mini Yogis - Park Yoga for ages 3-5

Fun and playful Yoga sessions for preschoolers outside by the Birdhouse Café. We will go on a different adventure each week! First session will be on Thursday 5th June.

£4 per child, no booking required, just contactless payment on the day.

Please bring a mat, blanket or towel for lying down on the grass and ensure that children are wearing clothing they can move about in and is appropriate for the weather! Parents are required to stay for the session, the café can provide refreshment. Sessions are weather dependent and may be cancelled at relatively short notice, updates will be sent via social media.
