Group Classes - Adults

In these classes simple movements are integrated with the breath to create a peaceful flow, focussing the mind and enabling us to gradually and mindfully build strength, mobility and stability. Classes are open to any level of experience and fitness, welcoming complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Classes are also accessible to those recovering from illness and injury. Please get in touch if you are not sure which class is best for you.

My bookings are currently handled through Bookwhen, please follow the link below. Block bookings automatically discount each week so that you can join part way through a block and only pay for the remaining sessions. Autumn bookings are now open!
